When kids are small generally, parents take care of them. They leave their work and fully concentrate on their kids but as their children starts getting little older, they start to get an itch of starting working again in the real world. But they don’t leave their kids alone in the house. They generally hire nanny agency, household staff, babysitter, etc. so that someone trusts worthy can look after their child.

We recommend totaltesting, where you can ask the potential virtual assistant to take such a test. Now this one costs a few bucks.
